New edition, Astronaut Chrome, now on inquiry
A new studio-scale edition of the Astronaut sculpture in mirror-polished chrome, released in an edition of fifty.
Astronaut Chrome is the latest studio-scale edition from the Klibansky studio. Cast in stainless steel and finished in mirror-polished chrome over a cast bronze base, each work is supplied signed, numbered and accompanied by a documented finishing report from the studio's atelier.
The edition is released in fifty numbered works plus ten artist's proofs. The figure measures forty-two centimetres and weighs in at just over six kilograms — a desk-scale piece engineered to hold the same finish quality as the monumental outdoor variant.
Inquiries are handled directly by the studio. Lead time from order to dispatch is currently six to eight weeks.
